About this product

Our enameled cast iron skillet delivers quality heat distribution, even cooking, and durability without the complicated care rituals of raw cast iron. Ready to go out of the box, this cast iron pan is oven-safe to 500℉ (260℃), compatible with all stovetops, including induction and ceramic, and is even dishwasher friendly!


Our Ultimate Skillet in Black features a black satin enamel finish on both the exterior and the interior.


We offer a lifetime warranty on our cast iron cookware. That means if it becomes unusable due to normal use, we'll replace it, free of charge.


Designed in California by Bo Knoblauch

From the earliest stages of the design process, every detail was carefully considered to provide home chefs with an ergonomic and thoughtful cooking experience. The design was influenced by the rich history of cast iron cookware from eastern and western cultures around the world, specifically 17th-century Nambu ironware from Japan and 19th-century American cookware. By combining eastern and western design aesthetics, Milo cookware celebrates the relationship between durable materials, minimal forms, and function that anyone can rely on. We believe that less is more, and the cookware in our homes should be no exception.
